Immigration Bible Study

Immigration Bible Study

On this page is a link to a Bible Study I created looking at Immigration Issues.
Feel free to use this for your setting, tweaking is allowed, but just note that the original came from here (see the Creative Commons license below for more information and specifics).  Also, if you do tweak it, you have to share it with others too.  Easy rules, right?

The basic idea is that this is a Bible Study that has an ongoing interactive portion to it, so that before the class starts and in the time between the two sessions, the class is actively engaged through social media so that the topic of immigration and justice and God's work in the world are all active in their minds throughout the week and not just for a morning or so when they are at church.

The leader/facilitator should be prepared to be engaged with the participants, to answer questions both about the topic at hand and about social media tools in general.  By including multiple people, not only will they see each others posts, but all of their online 'friends' will also see the posts and a whole world beyond just the people in the Bible get engaged and excited about the topic at hand!
